When opening the AMS Login page,I got the "Could not load file or assembly Oracle.DataAccess or one of its dependencies. An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format " ?What should I do to fix it?

Issue reported:
Troubleshooting steps:
1.To fix this issue, please go to your 'IIS manager ' ,and locate the application pool that the web application is using. e.g.DefaultApp pool.
2.Then right-click the application pool, and go to 'Advanced Settings', then set “Enable 32-bit Applications” to true. After this, please try to Login to AMS webpage again to see how it goes.
