Yes,the AMS software was using Microsoft VS 2012 to develop it,and our R&D engineer was also testing it under Windows Server 2008 O.S..
Besides,please make sure that the Windows Server 2008 O.S. was "Windows Server 2008 R2" which it can support .Net Framework 3.5.1 ,and meet AMS's software requirements.See the attached file for more information.
