Solution

Understanding Login IDs in AMS SaaS

Overview

The concerns raised refer to the Login ID created by the client when logging into the AMS SaaS platform. Login IDs are essential for managing user access and defining roles within the system.

Steps to Create a Login ID

  1. Log in to AMS SaaS.
  2. Navigate to System Settings → Add/Edit/Delete Account.
  3. Create a new login account by entering and selecting the following details:
    • Login ID
    • Name
    • Password
    • Departments
  4. Activate the appropriate role:
    • Administrator
    • Standard User

Assigning Permissions to Standard Users

After creating a Standard User account, the client can use the Assign Permission function to grant specific access rights. This allows Standard Users to access only designated AMS SaaS functions or pages, ensuring proper control and security.

Summary

  • Administrator accounts have full system privileges.
  • Standard User accounts can be customized with permissions to access specific functions/pages.
  • The Assign Permission function provides flexibility in tailoring user access according to organizational needs.
