How to Create New Domain for a New Customer in SaaS AMS

Solution

Quick Steps:-

 

1. Log in to the AMS by Administrator's account using the below default credentials.

  • Login ID :- Admin
  • Password:- 1
  • Domain Name:- No need to enter 

 

 

2. Go to Add / Edit / Delete Domain and Enter the Domain Name and Description for the new customer and then click Add button to add the new domain.

 

3. Please send the newly created Domain ID and the SaaS AMS Product key to the ACTAtek Support team at the following email to generate the SaaS AMS domain license: support@actatek.com

4. Log in to the SaaS AMS by using the newly created domain name

 

5. Apply the newly purchased SaaS AMS Domain license to activate the domain for the customer to create their own database and register the ACTAtek devices.
