How to configure the device's FingerPrint Detection Method settings?

Solution

The device's fingerprint scanner sensitivity can be configured via the [Terminal Setup] page, where you'll find the "Detection Method" settings.

Three sensitivity levels—Fast, Normal, and Low—are available to tailor the device's responsiveness to a user's fingerprint placement, facilitating the subsequent authentication process.

Adjusting these settings can effectively mitigate issues with unrecognized fingerprints (ghost finger), particularly in specific installation environments.
