What were Event Logs "Case Is Opened" and "Case is Closed" about?

Solution

The event logs -"Case Is Opened" and "Case is Closed" will be logged when the device's back side tamper switch button was not firmly attached to the wall mounting bracket.Please kindly check with the installer to fix this issue.
